1. How long does it take to receive my purchase?
After you place your order, it takes approximately 1-2 days to process it. Shipping will take approximately 7-14 business days. Usually shorter!
2. Do you ship products from China?
No we do not ship our products from China. All our products ship from the United States. This means shipping is a lot faster and more reliable.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship our handbag collection worldwide. At this time we do not ship our other products internationally. Shipping is free in the United States
4. How do I return an item?
Please contact us first so we can understand the issue. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a return and refund is not available. Otherwise we will organize the return and refund on an individual basis depending on what the product is that was purchased.
5. How long does it take to process a refund?
It may take 7-14 days to process a refund, if we are waiting for a return. Usually 2-3 days depending on the circumstance.
6. Do you offer buy now pay later plans?
